Gallium oxide, NiO, and doped oxide deposition followed by controlled ambient processing.

High-temperature electrical characterization

Schottky diode, Hall, and sensor evaluation up to 500 °C with automated data logging.

Optical & chromic analytics

Photoluminescence, Raman, UV-Vis, and colourimetry workflows for functional thin films.
